What we collect and why

When you ask for refinance quotes we collect the property type, the rough loan size, what you write about the property and the existing loan, and your name and contact details.

Legal basis and sharing

We pass those details to commercial lenders and mortgage brokers who refinance your property type, so that they can quote. We do not sell them to anyone else.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.
