Commercial property: the maximum LTV lenders publish on their own pages
Seven of the ten firms in this record cover commercial property and all seven publish a maximum, though only two of the seven are speaking for themselves.
A lender is listed here because its own live page for this property type answered at the linked URL on the date shown, never because a directory says it lends on it. Ratios are the lender's own published maximums unless its page states otherwise, and the conditions named in the scope note above apply to every one of them.
What the commercial record shows
Published maximums range from 75% to 90%, with a median of 75% across the firms covering commercial property.
The 90% is SBA 504 combined across a bank first mortgage and the SBA debenture, for owner-occupiers only, and is not 90% from any single lender.
Terrydale Capital publishes the other end: 60% to 65% or lower where the property type is challenged, which no other firm here prints.
